Ground Turkey Stroganoff
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 can (10.5oz) cream of mushroom soup
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp honey dijon mustard
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ½ cup cut carrots
- 8 oz extra-wide egg noodles, cooked per package directions
Directions
- Brown the ground turkey in medium or large pan until done.
- Add carrots, garlic, salt, and pepper to the meat. Let cook on medium high for a couple of minutes.
- Mix in the chicken broth, mushroom soup, Worcestershire sauce, and honey mustard.
- Let simmer on medium high for about 10 minutes. You can cook the egg noodles during this time if preferred.
- Mix in heavy cream and egg noodles. Lower heat to medium and let simmer for about 4 minutes.
