Garlic Broccoli
Serves: 4-6
Ingredients
- 1 1/2lb broccoli
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 3/4 cup water
Directions
- Peel and slice thick stems from broccoli, separate florets.
- In a skillet, bring water to a boil and then add stems & florets.
- Reduce heat to a simmer and cook, covered, until bright green ~4 minutes.
- Stir in olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook for 4 more minutes.
- Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy!
