Boneless Chicken Wings
Ingredients
- 10-12 oz chicken breast or thigh
- 1 tbsp neutral oil
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- ½ tbsp paprika
- salt & pepper to taste
- ¼ cup cornstarch
- wing sauce (e.g. buffalo, teriyaki, garlic parmesan, etc)
Directions
- Cut meat into ~1.5 inch pieces and pat dry with a paper towel.
- Combine seasonings and cornstarch together in a large bowl.
- Add chicken pieces to another bowl and toss with the oil to coat.
- Add chicken to seasoning bowl and toss until evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned chicken pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook on air fry setting at 400° for 12-15 minutes. Flip or shake chicken halfway through cooking. Be sure the chicken is done and the internal temperature is at least 165°F.
- Transfer chicken to a large bowl and toss with your favorite wing sauce.
- Enjoy with or without a dipping sauce!
